SAN DIEGO: John Paul Jones Elementary School in Serra Mesa is holding an open house and 50th birthday party from 5:30 to 7 p.m. tomorrow.

Alumni and members of the community are invited to the event, which will include a multicultural potluck, student art exhibit, book fair and birthday cake.
