Community Plan update still on hold

The long-awaited update of San Diego's downtown Community Plan will wait a while longer. The Centre City Development Corp., which oversees downtown planning and advises the City Council, began conducting public meetings on the plan in early 2002. It was supposed to be adopted last summer.

Father Richard Brown has prayed to her for decades. She has inspired millions of Catholics for centuries. She is Our Lady of Guadalupe, and yesterday she was honored in a parade that started in Barrio Logan and ended at the San Diego Convention Center.
