Mary K. Rasulis, 82, of El Cajon died Nov. 23. She was born in West Virginia and was a nurse. She was a member of American Nurses Operation Room Association and International Order of Alhambra Banu 222.

Survivors include her sons, William Rasulis and Michael Rasulis of El Cajon; and brother, George Shoemaker of Tucson.

Services: 1 p.m. Saturday, d10 St. Kieran Catholic Church, 1510 Greenfield Drive, El Cajon.

Entombment: Greenwood Mausoleum, Interstate 805 and Imperial Avenue, San Diego.

JAMES M. ROSE

Aug. 11, 1921-Nov. 13, 2005

James M. Rose, 84, of Coronado died Nov. 13. He was born in Sedalia, Mo., and was a farmer for The Rose Farms. He was retired from the Navy and the Marine Corps, and was a veteran of World War II and the Korean and Vietnam wars. He was a member of the Pettis County Pachyderm Club and the Scottish Rite Masonic Lodge.

Survivors include his daughter, Judy Clarke of Coronado; son, Bob Rose of Midland, Texas; four grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.

Services: 2 p.m. Saturday, d10 First United Methodist Church, Sedalia, Mo.

Scattering of ashes: at sea.

VALENTINO SANTOS

Feb. 14, 1946-Nov. 9, 2005

Valentino Santos, 59, of San Diego died Nov. 9. He was born in the Philippines and was a senior account executive for SBC. He served in the Navy during the Vietnam War and was a member of the Naval Academy Alumni Association.

Survivors include his brothers, Roger Santos, William Santos and Walter Santos; and sisters, Eden Garcia and Minerva Goen.

Mass: 11 a.m. Saturday, d10 St. Paschal of Babylon Catholic Church, 3700 Dorisa Ave., Oakland.

HELEN LaVERNE SCRIVNER

Feb. 24, 1912-Nov. 23, 2005

Helen LaVerne Scrivner, 93, of Escondido died Nov. 23. She was born in Texas and was a restaurant manager.

Survivors include her niece, Marilyn Deines of Littleton, Colo.; and friend, Barbara Anderson of Garden City Beach, S.C.

RUTH MILLER SENIOR

Ruth Miller Senior, 94, died Nov. 24. She was born in Chicago and was a housing consultant. She was a member of the Volunteer Cooperative of America.

ELIZABETH KATHLEEN SHELTON

RICHARD DEAN STARK

Richard Dean Stark, 41, of San Diego died Nov. 21. He was born in Georgia and was a golf course gardener.

CECILIA ANN STEEN

Feb. 7, 1937-Nov. 25, 2005

Cecilia Ann Steen, 68, of Vista, formerly of Escondido, died Nov. 25. She was born in Los Angeles and was a mobile home park manager for Les Frame Management. She was a reserve police officer for the Inglewood Police Department.

Survivors include her husband, Vaughn Steen; daughter, Cheri Bryant of Escondido; stepdaughter, Elizabeth Jochims of Escondido; and two grandchildren.

WILMA MAE SYMONDS

Wilma Mae Symonds, 77, of Escondido died Nov. 14. She was born in Chickasha, Okla., and was a lead person in electronics assembly for an aircraft company.
