Pianist performs: The Escondido Public Library will start off the new year with a concert by pianist Scott Pratt. He will perform the music of Bach, Beethoven, Chopin and Liszt at 7 p.m. tomorrow at the library, 239 S. Kalmia St., Escondido. Free. Information: (760) 839-4834.

Calendar Antiques Show: This event will feature 100,000 square feet of antiques, vintage collectibles and decorator items Friday through Sunday at the Del Mar Fairgrounds, 2260 Jimmy Durante Blvd. Exhibitors will be selling glass, pottery, crystal, jewelry, art, silver, furniture and more.
