ESCONDIDO – The Downtown Business Association of Escondido will hold its annual dinner and auction at 6 p.m. June 24 under the dome at Escondido City Hall at 201 N. Broadway.

4S Ranch to get directory
4S RANCH – Business owners and residents in the communities of 4S Ranch, Santa Fe Valley, Bernardo Springs, Santa Luz and Black Mountain Ranch will receive free copies of the “Official Telephone Directory of 4 S Ranch” in July.
The directory will contain alphabetical listings for businesses and residences in the 4S Ranch area, a section with businesses listed by classification and a restaurant menu section.
The directory is being produced by Bill Schaul of Advantage Community Publishers.

Landmark National Bank at 937 Lomas Santa Fe Drive, Solana Beach, has opened a 2,000-square-foot loan center adjacent to the branch. It serves the Solana Beach and Rancho Santa Fe communities. On March 31, 2006, the bank's total assets were announced at $122,615,000 – a 63 percent increase from the end of the first quarter of 2005.

Richard Middleberg has joined Aperio Technologies as vice president of finance and administration. The Vista-based company makes virtual microscopy systems for the health care industry. Before joining Aperio, Middleberg worked as vice president and general manager of the consignment inventory and insurance billing division of DJ Orthopedics. He graduated from Dartmouth College and received his MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

Josh Harris has joined Escondido-based Michael Crews Development as a member of its Emerald Crest Engineering team.
