Fined Colorado D Mike Petke $500 for his involvement in a postgame incident against Dallas on Oct. 28; CD Chivas D Claudio Suarez $750 and Houston M Ricardo Clark $500 for their actions in a playoff game on Oct. 29 and New England coach Steve Nicol $2,000 for criticizing league officials.

NCAA–Placed Iowa on two years probation and announced it must reduce the amount of financial aid it can offer in men's swimming by the equivalent value of one scholarship for three years for violations in the program.
