I have “met” more of my favorite music on this site than anyplace else. The public radio site from New York plays a variety of amazing music that includes everything from Los Lobos, the Grateful Dead and Bob Marley to Emmylou Harris, Ani DiFranco and Los Lonely Boys.

My daughter, who lives in Manhattan, started this charity site in 1999. Each month, it chooses a charity to support and invites members to contribute.

This provides schedule information about San Diego transit. I loathe driving and use public transportation whenever I can. It relieves stress, saves money and the environment, and I get to meet nice people.

This site provides information about yoga, illustrating postures in animation. It helps me to do the poses correctly and learn what they accomplish for me.
What technological gadget could you not live without?
The computer is an integral part of my life, both as a toy and as a tool. It is the center of my professional life. Without it I would be unable to work. I have multiple sclerosis and lupus, so a conventional 9-to-5 job is no longer an option (or a desire). Having a computer and access to all that it provides has changed my life. I can work from home, work when I can, and still be able to do what is necessary to keep myself healthy. The computer is the key that allows me to access, use and transmit the information my clients need.
