Pacific Trust Bank, headquartered in Chula Vista and the subsidiary of First PacTrust Bancorp, has promoted Violeta Trajano to vice president, accounting manager. Trajano has worked in the bank's accounting department since 1986. The company also promoted Zazil Toma to vice president, loan production.
Equastone, a real estate investment firm, has named Kirk Cypel chief operating officer. Cypel joined Equastone as general counsel in June.
Carlsbad-based Advanced Diabetes Supply has named Peter McConville director of its managed care division.
