Police chief right to block Aguirre's search
With the affidavit filed by City Attorney Mike Aguirre to get a search warrant in his clash with Sunroad Enterprises now unsealed over his protests, it is clear Police Chief William Lansdowne acted properly in refusing to conduct the search. The affidavit was an amateurish bid to purport a vague, generalized conspiracy to violate San Diego's anti-lobbying law, but it stopped well short of providing evidence that any crime had been committed.

Chiropractors around the world have built busy practices because they often have a fairly rare commodity in the health business: happy, satisfied patients.
