CB Richard Ellis has promoted Dave Hagglund to senior vice president in its San Diego central office. He has been with CBRE for 20 years.

Adventrx Pharmaceuticals, a San Diego-based biotech, has named Michele L. Yelmene to the new position of vice president of regulatory affairs. In the past, she has been involved in investigational new drug applications at companies including Perlan Therapeutics and Genzyme Corp.

PCG Asset Management, a private equity investment management and advisory firm based in La Jolla, has named Mark Nydam managing director and a member of the firm's investment committee. Nydam previously was a principal at Booz Allen Hamilton.
