Families have plenty of opportunities for egg hunts and Easter Bunny sightings in North County over the next two weekends. Below is a list of some events:
Solana Beach
Tomorrow, 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at La Colonia Community Park, 715 Valley Ave. Children third grade and younger are invited to the Spring Festival and Egg Hunt. Bring a basket or bag. Complimentary refreshments. Free. (858) 793-2564.

Encinitas
Monday, from 10 to 11:30 a.m. at Quail Botanical Gardens, 230 Quail Gardens Drive. Preschoolers and parents are invited to Lunch with Bunny. Carlsbad
April 7, noon to 2 p.m. at Carlsbad Premium Outlets, 5620 Paseo del Norte. Bring a camera to take a picture with the Easter Bunny in the Center Court. An egg hunt for children 12 and younger starts at noon. Bags and treasure maps will be distributed. Free. (760) 804-9000.

April 7, beginning at 10 a.m. at the Carmel Mountain/Saber Springs Recreation Center, 10152 Rancho Carmel Drive, San Diego. The Carmel Mountain Ranch Egg Hunt offers refreshments, youth crafts and a picture with the Easter Bunny for $2. Egg hunts by age group begin at 10 a.m., last hunt at 11:20 a.m. (858) 538-8100.

April 7, 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Ecke Sports Park, 278 Saxony Road. The city Spring Egg Hunt will features crafts, prizes, party jumps and face painting. Egg hunts (ages 2 to 9) will begin at 10:15 a.m. (760) 633-2740.
Escondido
April 7, 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at at Grape Day Park, 321 N. Broadway. Life Christian Church will offer activities for youngsters after a 10:30 a.m. service at the adjacent California Center for the Arts, Escondido. Churchgoers will get preferred admission to the egg hunt. Register from 8:30 to 11:30 a.m. to hunt for eggs filled with prizes and candy. Fallbrook
