ANNA MARIE FRAMPTON

Feb. 3, 1915-May 10, 2007

Anna Marie Frampton, 92, of San Diego died May 10. She was born in Visalia and was a beautician for Happy Hair Beauty Salon. She was a member of St. Paul's Lutheran Church.

Survivors include her daughter, Kathleen Frampton; son, Larry Frampton; sisters, Frieda Parsons and Margaret Baty; brothers, Conrad Simon, Jack Simon, George Simon, Richard Simon, Carl Simon and Robert Simon; and one grandchild.

Services: none announced.

Arrangements: California Cremation & Burial Chapel.

HERSCHEL R. FRIEMAN

Feb. 18, 1926-May 16, 2007

Herschel R. Frieman, 81, of Chula Vista died Wednesday. He was born in Illinois and was a maintenance man for a golf course. He served in the Army during World War II.

Survivors include his wife, Joyce Frieman; daughters, Cynthia Clouser and Marcia Clouser; sister, Marie Crouch; and two grandchildren.

Services: 1:30 p.m. tomorrow, Glen Abbey Memorial Park, 3838 Bonita Road, Bonita.

Inurnment: Glen Abbey Memorial Park.

MARGARET MIZNER GLIDDEN

April 25, 1914-May 9, 2007

Margaret Mizner Glidden, 93, of Carlsbad died May 9. She was born in West Salem Township, Pa., and was a research librarian for the Library of Congress. She served in the Army during World War II.

Survivors include her daughters, Dorothy Glidden of Baltimore and Nancie Pfingsten of San Diego; and one grandchild.

Services: private.

Arrangements: California Cremation & Burial Chapel.

RICHARD EMORY GRIFFIN

July 5, 1921-May 13, 2007

Richard Emory Griffin, 86, of Rancho Bernardo died May 13. He was born in Rochester, N.Y., and was a retired colonel and pilot in the Air Force. He was a veteran of World War II, the Korean War and the Vietnam War. He was a member of the Trojan Club of USC and the Air Force Association.

Survivors include his wife, Shirley Griffin; daughter, Susan Rudewick of Rancho Bernardo; two grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.

Services: 10 a.m. tomorrow, with military honors, Dearborn Memorial Park, 14361 Tierra Bonita Road, Poway.

Interment: Dearborn Memorial Park.

RONALD JOHNSON

Jan. 13, 1949-May 10, 2007

Ronald Johnson, 58, of San Diego died May 10. He was born in Chester, Pa., and was a police officer. He was retired from the Army.

Survivors include his wife, Hannah Johnson; daughters, Tyrita Johnson of Marcus Hook, Pa., and Tracye Johnson of San Diego; sons, Travis Johnson of Sharon Hill, Pa., Troy Johnson of Phoenix, Michael Young of Gary, Ind., and Ronald Johnson of Germantown, Mass.; sisters, Lavern Simpson of Oakland, Gaile Johnson of Philadelphia and Beverly Bradley of Greensboro, N.C.; brother, Jeffrey Johnson of Wilmington, Del.; and 15 grandchildren.

Services: private.

Interment: private.
