Johnson & Jennings General Contracting, a San Diego-based company, has named Lee Dooney manager of field services. He previously served as vice president and manager of field operations for Unlimited Construction Services, a Hawaii-based company. He has 20 years of construction experience.
The Grand Del Mar, which is owned and operated by Manchester Grand Resorts, has named Sunday P. Spencer its director of leisure sales. Spencer was most recently the national sales manager for Pebble Beach Resorts.
