Bessie Ree Albert, 79, of San Diego died Wednesday. She was born in Little Rock, Ark., and was a housekeeper.

Norman Everett Baldwin, 64, of Santee died Wednesday. He was born in Providence, R.I., and was an air traffic controller at Lindbergh Field. He served in the Air Force and was a member of the Over the Hill Car Club.
Survivors include his wife, Julia Baldwin; daughter, Christine Baldwin of Fort Bragg, N.C.; son, Chad Baldwin of San Diego; sister, Pauline Bellavance of Cranston, R.I.; half sister, Kathleen Bankowski of Rhode Island; and half brothers, Arnold Larsen and Donald Larsen of Rhode Island.
