Paula G. Ruiz, 75, of San Ysidro died Wednesday. She was born in Tijuana and was a homemaker.

Lester Ingvar Wickstrom, 90, of San Marcos died Saturday. He was born in Virginia, Minn., and was a high school teacher for the San Diego Unified School District. He was retired from the Air Force and served in the Army during World War II. He was a member of North Coast Calvary Chapel and Oceanside Village.
