The El Cajon City Council is to talk about a proposed law that would restrict the display and marketing of tobacco paraphernalia. The council also will receive the El Cajon Fire Department's strategic plan. The council meets Tuesday at 3 p.m. (general discussion items) and 7 p.m. (public hearings) at City Hall, 200 E. Main St.
The La Mesa City Council is to discuss a master plan for adding sidewalks in some parts of the city. The council also will consider a developer's proposal to purchase city-owned property at the northeast corner of El Cajon Boulevard and Baltimore Drive. The council meets Tuesday at 4 p.m. at City Hall, 8130 Allison Ave.
The Santee City Council is to consider restricting parking on the south side of Riverwalk Drive from Cuyamaca Street to Park Center Drive between midnight and 6 a.m. The council also is to hold public hearings on a permit to change a two-story unit in the Las Brisas condominium complex to three stories, and on an engineer's report regarding the Sky Ranch development. The council meets Wednesday at 7 p.m. at City Hall, 10601 Magnolia Ave.
