Registration for the 51st annual Miss Vista Scholarship Pageant and the sixth annual Miss Teen Vista Scholarship Pageant is under way. Contestants or their parents must live or work in the Vista area or attend a Vista school. Contestants must be single and never have had a child. Miss Teen Vista is for girls who will be between the ages of 13 and 16 on April 26.
