A summer weight-loss challenge will begin with a class at 6:15 p.m. Wednesday. The class meets once a week for eight weeks. The challenge includes personalized coaching, computerized body-fat analysis and group support. Cost: $39. Money goes to those who lose the most weight and to a charity that helps fight obesity. The San Diego Blood Bank Bloodmobile will accept donations from 10:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Monday at Cuyamaca College, 900 Rancho San Diego Parkway, El Cajon. Walk-ins are welcome.
