Solana Circle: Solana Circle in Solana Beach will be closed for the Del Mar Fairgrounds Fireworks Display from 8 to 10 p.m. Traffic will be routed around the affected intersections of Via de la Valle, Solana Circle and Nardo Avenue. Only emergency vehicles will be allowed access onto Solana Circle.
