1981: Larry and Janna Wagner of La Mesa became the parents of quadruplets. Chad, Ben, Kyle and Brett were only the second documented set of quads born in San Diego County.

As a matter of Fact

The Otay Water District in the South Bay covers 125.5 square miles, or about 80,140 acres. It has 715 miles of potable water mains.
