First baseman Guy Willeford and pitcher Kegan Sharp will play at San Diego State University, and Tyler Hamilton will pitch in the Big East Conference for St. John's University, Palomar baseball coach Buck Taylor announced Tuesday.
That brings the list of Comets moving to four-year colleges to 10, with three sophomores still undecided.
Willeford, a left-handed batter and two-time All-Pacific Coast Conference selection, hit .327 for the 2008 Comets with nine doubles, five home runs and 24 RBI.
Sharp, a right-hander who also was an All-PCC selection and broke the Palomar record with seven conference saves, had a 2.40 ERA in the conference.
Hamilton, a left-hander, was 1-0 with a 2.74 ERA over 16 2/3 innings pitched.
